After water flooding development in determining,encrypted adjustment and comprehensive treatment,and single sand body,perfecting injection-production relation,difference of low permeability thin reservoir producing extent,influenced by injection water washed over a long period of time,part of the reservoir forming high permeability channel,the advantage of injected water along the channel,the formation of inefficient ineffective circulation,reduce the efficiency of water flooding,premature on the one hand,make the well water,on the other hand,suppress the low permeability and high saturation of reservoir capacity,will ultimately affect the increase of the recovery.Water flooding depth profile control technology for mechanical breakdown powerful supplement and improvement of water injection of oil field development plays an important role.Through water flooding depth profile control,reduce the difference between layers,adjusting a plane,improve the use of the reservoir,the control plane inefficient,invalid water cycle,thereby further enlarge waterflood swept volume,reducing the speed of water cut increase and production decline rate.This article first study of two types of reservoir depth profile control system,the second type reservoir first to evaluate the use of chromium gel system,used to determine the best solution for: polymer concentration of 1000 mg/L or higher,crosslinking agent concentration or 40 mg/L,cross ratio is more than 20.In alignment with low concentration profile control agent formula(1000 ~ 1200 mg/L +polymer crosslinker 40 ~ 60 mg/L),poly(hand than 15 ~ 30,gelling time is greater than 1 day,good liquidity,used as a main slug of deep displacement.Gel strength of profile control agent formula(1200 ~ 1500 mg/L + polymer crosslinker 100 ~ 150mg/L),poly(more than 10 ~ 15,gelling time is less than 24 hours,viscosity is bigger,when used as the sealing effect of late plug,hou set the best time for 7 to 10 days,after the three types of reservoir by using system of nanometer microspheres block evaluation,and on the basis of the oil displacement experiment research on parallel cores suggests,micron microspheres after through the low permeability section,the permeability section in still can form effective block,better improve the injection profile.After complete the profile control system for interior evaluation,profile control Wells tracking evaluation method have been adjusted,and eventually applied to oil production 2 factory 2,3 kinds of reservoir.Through field experiment,oil production well water drop,production decline rate is slow,input and output more than 1:3,eventually to improve recovery efficiency 0.31%;Three kinds of reservoir production increases after profile control and water drop,input-output ratio 1:1.6above,eventually to improve recovery efficiency 0.35%,field test achieved good economic benefit,and provides a realistic guidance for the development of similar reservoirs.
