The jet foam generator is studied in this paper.With the advantages of simple structure,easy installation and strong capacity of bubble production,jet bubble generator has been widely applied in oil field.It is able to produce different times of bubble according to the actual situation of oil field.According to the size of a jet foam generator in one oil field,we built its structural model with Solid Works,the flow pattern of the gas-liquid two-phase flow was simulated by the commercial calculation fluid software FLUENT.And the influence of different gas-liquid ratio on the internal gas volume distribution is analyzed.In combination with the structure of the baffle-type foam generator,a circular boss baffle is provided at the front end of the throat,analyzing the effects of different baffle outlet diameter on the rules of internal gas-liquid two phase flow in the jet bubble generator and gas volume distribution.The numerical calculation shows that when the base liquid flows through the nozzle,the flow rate increases and the static pressure reduces as the decrease of flowing section.The gas near the nozzle exit is swept away by high-speed jet,thus the suction chamber forms a negative pressure.And vortex is gradually formed,which is symmetrical in space and opposite in direction.When the gas-liquid mixture flows through the throat,it will be sheared by the wall.Mutual infiltration between liquid phase and gas phase,interactions are enhanced.The two-phase flow pressure restores after mixing.Wall speed increases,the axis speed decreases.The velocity distribution on the flow section gradually becomes uniform.The cross-sectional area of the diffusion tube of the foam generator is gradually increased,and the uniform flow rate of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the diffusion tube decreases and the pressure gradually increases.With the increase of gas content,the volume fraction of gas phase in the jet bubble generator increases gradually,and the regional size of same gas volume fraction also increases with the increase of gas content.In addition,as the gas content increases,the volume fraction of the gas phase increases at the outlet of jet foam generator and the foaming efficiency of the foam generator is improved.The baffle can reduce the influence of vortex flow and inhibit the phenomenon of the gas in throat under pressure in the role of reflux to the suction chamber,so that the volume fraction of indoor air has decreased.The dynamic pressure difference between the gas phase and the liquid phase in the inlet pipe is reduced,and in the throat wall shear,the gas phase and liquid phase mixed with each other to narrow,which can reduce the bursting of the bubble with high interfacial tension due to the interphase disturbance,which increases the volumefraction of the gas phase in the throat and the diffuser The foaming efficiency of the foam generator is improved.
