China has a serious shortage of water resources and water pollution problems,and in the discharge of sewage in a part of the treatment standards did not meet a certain amount of pollutants,so that the acceptance of water pollution,further aggravating our country's water pollution problems.The coagulation process is a very important element in the process of water pollution control and water purification.The main role of the coagulation process is through the chemical agent to stabilize the water in the small pollutants into the desorption state,condensed into flocs,accelerated sedimentation to facilitate separation,and coagulation process used by the flocculant is the whole coagulation process The most important effect on the coagulation effect.In this paper,the polyaluminium phthalate flocculant(PSAF)was prepared by copolymerization with industrial water glass,aluminum sulfate,ferric sulfate,concentrated sulfuric acid and NaOH.The effects of Al/Fe/Si molar ratio,aging time and alkalinity And water p H and other factors on the flocculation performance of PSAF.The results of infrared spectroscopy and XRD show that there is a certain complexation between the polysilicic acid and the hydrolyzate of Al(III),Fe(III)and aluminum and aluminum in the polyaluminum silicate,Fe/Si molar ratio and the degree of alkalization of the product were investigated.The polymerization characteristics of Al3+and Fe3+ions in PSAF were investigated by Ferron time-dependent colorimetric color,and the results of complex colorimetric show that Al(III),Fe(III)different hydrolysis of the distribution of alkalinity and curing time of the larger impact.The hydrolysis-polymerization-precipitation process of Al3+and Fe3+ions in PSAF flocculant was studied by pH relaxation test.The products of different forms and different degrees of polymerization were studied in this process.The flocculation experiment was carried out to simulate the flocculation performance of polyaluminum ferric ferrite by using the self-made simulated water samples and the water of Daqing water source as the experimental object.Compared with the flocculation effects of PASS,PAC and PSF,it was found that PSAF flocculant had better treatment effect on turbidity,color,CODMn and UV254 in water,and the adaptability of pH Wider The flocculation mechanism of polyaluminum silicate was analyzed.It was concluded that the polysilicate iron flocculant mainly flocculated the colloidal particles in the water by adsorbing the bridging bridge and absorbing the neutralization ability to realize the purification of the water body.
