Single Well Oil Pipeline Pressure Rise Influence Research

Daqing oilfield since entering the high water cut stage and after application of tertiary oil recovery technology,because of the single pipe simplify large-scale promotion of oil gathering process,makes the single pipe string in running a joint process,pipe wall,the phenomenon of the condensate oil,high back pressure well obviously increased,the number of pipeline jam,pressure rise,wax serious pipeline,the flush is frequent,directly affect the normal production of oil field.To do this,you need through single pipe string in a joint process condensate oil formation and the effects of pressure rise test and research,to analyze the cause of single well back pressure is too high,so as to formulate corresponding measures,finally to effectively solve the produced by single well high back pressure brought about by the various problems.North transitional zone as the main object,this paper used to determine the peak temperature range of condensate oil,under different working conditions,to study the formation law of sandstrom,condensate oil condensate oil are analyzed the influencing factors and process of the formation and mechanism;In indoor experiment and theoretical study,on the basis of choosing concatenated well group,carry out the single pipe string through ball collecting process adaptability to field test,further analyzes the pressure,temperature,flow pattern and condensate oil change rule;Combined with indoor and field test on the analysis of the cause of single well back pressure is too high,from two aspects of pipeline minimum flow and pipeline starting point the lowest temperature,determines the A01 ~A04 with eight valve groups,covering more than 250 production Wells of single pipe concatenated gathering technology,and put forward the covers all categories for the improvement measures of high back pressure of oil Wells.The main result of paper are:1,starting from the medium viscosity and viscoelastic characteristics,determine the 60 ~ 95% water cut of crude oil pour-point oil forming peak temperature range,higher moisture content,condensate oil temperature is reduced,95% of the water cut of crude oil pour-point oil temperature limit from 34.6 ? to 20.0 ? at 60% water cut down to 32.5 ? to 17.4 ?;2,A01 ~ A04 team eight valve groups,the classification of 252 Wells todetermine conditions,and the safe oil return pipeline minimum flow line and starting point the lowest temperature(minimum oil wellhead temperature)boundaries;3,summarizes the characteristics of high back pressure oil Wells,and based on the single pipe string flow gathering technology boundaries determined results,analysis the cause of the high back pressure oil Wells,engineering design,operation and management from the ground and drag reduction pretreatment proposed block cover all high back pressure of well control measures.
