Luminescent sensors have various advantages of high sensitive,wide detecting ranges,excellent selectivity,less samples needed and low detection limit.Due to these virtues,optics sensors have been applied in bio-detection,monitoring environments,diagnosing disease and food detection extensively.Luminescent detecting methods have always been the focus of analytical chemistry,and this analytical technologies had made a great contribution to the biodiagnosis and environmental monitoring.In this work,organic molecule containing two Shiff-base moiety serve as the probe for Ga3+ detecting,and Eu?III?-complex functionalized film materials are used for optical sensor detecting pH.The application of Ga-based compounds in medical and industrial fields could induce accumulation of gallium in the human body,and further exert Ga-toxic effect on health.So it is very important for gallium detection in biological aspects and different environments.Some reported snesors for Ga3+ detecting were in acidic or strict organic system,which are unsuitable in biological application.What's more,there are few probes for Ga3+ detection in biological environment.In this work,a biomimetic crab-like fluorescent probe denoted as NL was designed and synthesized successfully.NL can selectively recognize Ga3+ from other metal ions in acetate buffer/DMSO?v/v = 1/1,pH = 5.2?,and the limit of detection was 12.89 nM.NL can provide visual detecting Ga3+ and reach a detection limit to 8 ?M by naked eye under ultraviolet irradiation,which is lower than the toxic concentration?27 ?M?of Ga3+ permitted in organs.Moreover,this probe can detect Ga3+ in complex environments,such as human serum and urine,pork,rabbit kidney and rabbit liver,and even in simulated pollution water.The results indicated that NL can be further applied in clinical examination for Ga3+ detection,and the biomimetic designing can provide reference to the development of other fluorescent sensors.The pH in test system has great effect on the fluorescent detecting analytes,such as the high pH leads to metal hydroxides,the fluorescent spectra of rhodamine B and fluorescein are depend on pH.Besides,the abnormal pH will pollute the environment and further affect the groth of living things.So it is of important significance for optical monitoring.Hence,a simple luminescent sensing strategy has been designed for pH and amine vapors detection after loading LMOF-1?Eu?DBM?3Phen?,LMOF-2?Eu?DBM?3BPY?on portable matrices such as neutral silica plate and normal filter paper.Eu-based complex has a narrow emission at 612 nm,which could avoid the interruptions from other emission spectra during p H monitoring.The easy-prepared film materials not only displayed response over a pH range of 413 in the solution of H2O/DMSO?v/v = 5/1?but also can be employed to sense volatile amines or acids vapors like ammonia,ethylenediamine,acetic acid and methanoic acid etc.,which is significant for portable pH or acid–base vapors detection in different environments.
