Photovoltaic power generationis has many advantages,such as safety,environmental protection and abundant resources,which is considered as one of the important means to solve the problemes of energy shortage,environmental pollution and climate deterioration,the key to the popularization and development of photovoltaic power generation is to reduce the cost of solar cells and improve the performance of the solar cells.As an important component of solar cells,using noble metal silver as electrode material is the critical cause for the high cost of solar cells.Cuting down the use of noble metals Ag,reducing production cost and improving the production technique are the crux of reducing the cost of solar cells.In this paper,Ag fibers and Ag/C composite fibers were successfully prepared by template method and electrospinning,the synthesis methods have the advantages of simple preparation process,easily availabl raw materials,environmental friendly and so on.The effects of preparation parameters on the samples surface morphology and crystal structure were studied,and the electrical properties of Ag and Ag/C composite fibers as electrode material were investigated.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The microscale Ag with the shape of cotton fibers was fabricated by template method.The crystal structures,morphologies of the obtained products were well characterized by X-Ray Powder Diffractometer(XRD),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).The morphology and structure of Ag fibers with fine structure of the natural plant cotton were optimized by controlling the parameters of calcination temperature,heating rate and staged calcination temperature,the flexible electrodes fabricated by Ag fibers ground and printed exhibited excellent electrical properties.Experimental results show that the resistance of the prepared Ag electrode with heating rate of 1℃/min,staged calcination temperature at 300℃ and calcination temperature at 700℃for 2 h is only 82.8 mΩ.(2)The microscale Ag/C composite fibers were fabricated by template method.The crystal structures,morphologies of the obtained products were well characterized by X-ray power diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman.Cotton as template prepared Ag/C composite fiber material,because cotton has material readily available,low cost,and other advantages.The Ag/C composite material with good morphology and structures was optimized by adjusting the carbonization temperature,the surface of the carbon fibers can be effectively modified by Ag particles to improve the conductivity of the fibers,development of electrode materials with low cost and high conductivity.(3)The Ag/C composite fibers were fabricated by electrospinning.The technology has the advantages of simple device,low cost and controllable process and so on,can effectively combine the advantages of noble metal Ag and carbon fibers.The crystal structures,morphologies of the obtained products were well characterized by X-ray power diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Raman.The electrical properties of Ag/C composite fiber were tested by the four probe instrument,and the electrical properties effects of the composites with carbonization temperature were discussed,when the carbonization temperature increased from 700℃ to 1000℃,the graphitization strength of Ag/C composite fiber was increased,and the resistance decreased from about 48600 Ω to 324 Ω,electrical performance has been greatly improved.
