Mercury is one of the most commonly used heavy metals in many industries,is highly toxic and can accumulate.At present,China is the only use of calcium carbide production of pvc technology in the country,the implementation of low mercury,mercury-free is imperative.In this process,the mercury content of 10.5%-12.5%high mercury catalyst was replaced by low mercury catalyst with mercury content of 4%to 6.5%by studying the calcium carbide process.The mercury catalyst was analyzed by the comparison of the catalytic effect of low mercury catalyst and high mercury catalyst The conversion of the low mercury catalyst converter was stable,with an average conversion rate of 99.9%and a conversion rate of 1.5%higher than that of the high mercury catalyst.In the process of mercury pollution control during the operation of low mercury catalyst replacement,the mercury pollution control is maximized and the high mercury catalyst is finally discharged into the waste water from the wastewater treatment station of the plant.The amount of mercury and the mercury concentration of the synthesis gas through the mercury removal were reduced by 75%and 90%,respectively,and the mercury loss of mercury was reduced by 11.7 t/a,and the other values were also significantly reduced.In terms of economic efficiency,the filling and purchase prices of low mercury catalysts are lower than those of high mercury catalysts,and the cost of raw materials is substantial,and the conversion rate of low mercury catalysts is higher than that of mercury catalysts,which reduces the waste of raw materials and the loss of equipment.Conclusion:The project is feasible.Low mercury catalyst main indicators,safety and stability is better than high mercury catalyst,mercury pollution is much lower than the use of high mercury catalyst,to save mercury resources,reduce mercury pollution has obvious results,and good economic benefits,with strong Actual promotion. |
