The selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3 is the most efficient and widely used technology for removing NOx from stationary power station at present.However,the wide use of catalysts,in particular sulfur trioxide produced through the oxidation of SO2,will cause corrosion problems,health problem,and reduced boiler performance.But SO3 is hard to be measured accurately.The problem is so serious that the study on SO3 measurement is imperative.In this paper,the control condensation method is adopted to capture SO3/H2SO4,which is recognized as the most effective sampling method.The flue gas is full heated in the sampling gun,then SO3/H2SO4 is cooled in the serpentine condenser,through centrifugal force to capture SO3/H2SO4.This method is simple and effective,to the greatest degree of trapping SO3 and reducing influence of SO2 on the.Take weight to analyze the concentration of sulfate,because the weight method is the arbitration law,the accuracy is high.Build the experimental platform in the laboratory,including SO3 control system and cooling system,experiments are carried out to validate the feasibility and accuracy of control condensation method,and conducted a field experiment in some power plants,obtained satisfactory results of manufacturers.To test the content of SO3 in the flue gas,and analyze the change of the content of the flue gas.To study SO3 removal technology,reduce or eliminate the safety hazards and environmental hazards of acid gases.The existing SO3/H2SO4 measuring residence in manual sampling stage,in order to achieve the intelligent real-time monitoring of three sulfur dioxide,using barium chloranilate?barium chromate precipitation?spectrophotometric method,proposing a continuous on-line measurement monitoring system,has begun to explore the development and made initial progress,SO3 online measurement still has a lot of difficult problems to solve.
