Porous calcium carbonate?CaCO3?is a kind of porous material.In this thesis,porous calcium carbonate was prepared by using calcium chloride and sodium carbonate as raw material,twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate as additive,by mixing method,the porous calcium carbonate surface area and adsorption effect as the optimization objective,and use it as a template,preparation of polymer.The adsorption effect of porous calcium carbonate and polymer as adsorbent was studied by dye adsorption experiments.The porous calcium carbonate were prepared by changing the stirring speed,the template quantity and reaction conditions.And the results show that the specific surface area of calcium carbonate was affected by these factors.The results also show that the specific surface area of porous calcium carbonate is up to 59.98 m2/g.Through the characterization of porous calcium carbonate particles with higher specific surface area,it is known that this kind of calcium carbonate has a certain pore structure and is a new type of porous media.The porous calcium carbonate particles on the adsorption of methylene blue,sorbent dosage,pH,adsorption time,adsorption temperature on the adsorption efficiency were affected to varying degrees.The results show that the value of pH was 7,methylene blue solution temperature of 323 K,when calcium carbonate dosage is 0.6 g/L,the maximum adsorption capacity up to 1069.67 mg/g.Adsorption isotherm was in accord with the Langmuir isotherm model.The calculated results show that the adsorption is a spontaneous endothermic process.Adsorption kinetics showed that the adsorption process was in accordance with the quasi two stage adsorption kinetics model.As the porous CaCO3 has a significant effect on the MB dye wastewater,and the raw material is cheap and easy to get,so it has the practical significance as an adsorbent for the treatment of cationic dye wastewater.In the experiment of preparation of polymer adsorbent with calcium carbonate as template,the factors such as temperature,stirring rate,reaction time and monomer ratio affect the adsorption performance of polymer adsorbent.The polymer adsorbent has the advantages of good adsorption performance,wide application range and low price,and is a kind of adsorbent with good development prospect.All in all,in the treatment of dye wastewater using adsorption method is effective,and the preparation of a good performance of the adsorbent has a practical significance.Research on the low price,good adsorption performance and adaptability of the adsorbent will be the future direction and trend of wastewater treatment applications.The research content of this subject has some deficiencies,and it still needs further research.In the process of preparation of polymer adsorbent,although the preparation of a certain polymer adsorbent,but its adsorption performance need to be improved.The porous calcium carbonate adsorbent can be used in the actual dye wastewater,but the treatment problem should be considered.
