According to the demand for the construction and transformation of Inner Mongolia autonomous region,it is imperative to develop green non-polluting products and increase the value of animal products.Using of cattle and sheep fresh bone as raw material through fermentation and improve the added value of bone resources,it can contribute to human health as well.Calcium lactate is a dietary supplement used in the treatment and prevention of calcium deficiency and can also be taken when the individual does not have enough calcium to eat from the food.Therefore,it is great significance for investigate new sourse of calcium supplement to promote bone formation and prevention of osteoporosis.Three kinds of lactic acid bacteria were used to ferment cattle and sheep fresh bone powder for release hydroxyapatite calcium to calcium lactate.Producing stages include that Selecting for raw materials,which were cattle and sheep bone and after crushing and sterilizing progress use it for fermentation.The effect of product was tested at the cellular,tissue and animal levels.The total calcium was determined by EDTA titration method.The free calcium was determined by EDTA titration method.The number of viable cells was determined by plate pouring method.The femur in the osteoporosis model rat was measured by HE staining and observed by inverted microscope.After stimulated for 12h for hFOB with product,The expression of COLLAGEN,RANKL and OPG was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Conclusion:1.Lactic acid bacteria fermentation effectively free hydroxyapatite calcium to calcium lactate,free calcium content increased by 20 times;2.Increased osteocyte extracellular calcium concentration increased the expression of OPG,RANKL,and have no effect on the expression of GOLLAGEN,results indicating that the product has osteogenic effect;3.Through the cell,tissue and animal level experiments show that the product has a significant effect on bone-formation;Our results show that the product has the prospect of industrial development.
