Blueberries are rich in nutrients,with the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for fresh blueberries is increasing.But Different varieties of blueberries are harvested during the same season,it is easily to be squeezed after harvesting.Being infected by microorganisms during transportation which leads a sharp drop in the quality of blueberry storage.This phenomenon affects the healthy operation of the blueberry industry.This paper contains the advantages of different blueberries storage technology.60Co-gamma irradiation treatment was used to study "blue","Duke","Reka" three varieties of blueberry preservation research at the low temperature storage.The decay rate of blueberries was slowed down after picking.The loss of blueberries' nutrition was also reduced.This method provides a reference for blueberries storage.Three varieties of blueberry were treated by 60Co-gamma irradiation with seven different irradiation doses(0.5-3.5kGy)and stored at room temperature.According to the results of normal temperature test,five irradiation doses(1.0-3.0kGy)were selected and combined with low temperature storage method to study the storage effects of three varieties of blueberry.Conclusions are as follows:(1)After irradiation treatment,irradiation treatment of 0.5kGy had no significant effects on the quality of blueberry in three varieties during shelf life(P>0.05).Irradiation treatment of 3.5kGy can accelerate the decreasing speed of blueberry quality.Proper irradiation treatment can delay the decreasing speed of blueberry quality.(2)After irradiation treatment,"Blue","Duke," and "Reka" Blueberry had the best sensory quality by treating with the irradiation doses of 2.5,2.0 and 1.5kGy;Soluble solids,Vc and anthocyanin's content was significantly higher than that of the CK(p<0.05).This method kept the customary physical and chemical qualities.The relative electrical conductivity and MDA accumulation of blueberry fruits were lower than those of CK,the protective enzymes(SOD,POD)activities of blueberry fruits were significantly increasing(p<0.05)."Blue "blueberry was treated with 2.5kGy,"Duke"blueberry treated with 2.0kGy and "Reka" Blueberry treated with 1.5kGy,then those blueberries were stored at 0?.Their storage period was 30-40d longer than those of the CK.
