As a result of human factors such as industrial wastewater emissions and excessive exploitation of mineral resources,and the fact that heavy metals are difficult to be decomposed characteristics,heavy metal pollution is particularly prominent.Developing heavy metal analyzer which is highly precise and can be applied to all kinds of water samples has a great practical value to detect the heavy metal concentration and analyze the quality of water.Heavy metal analyzer has a wide applications in detecting water samples such as the surface water,drinking water sources,source of pollution,industrial wastewater,daily sewage and so on.In the article,by studying the domestic and foreign method of heavy metal detection,a heavy water quality analyzer based on anodic stripping voltammetry was designed.It can detect heavy metal concentration in water samples by using the anodic stripping and voltammetry electrochemical knowledge as the theoretical basis.In the hardware design,using the SAMA5D3 x series processors has enhanced the system processing power.A pretreatment module which have high temperature ultraviolet digestion and temperature control was designed for the presence of other disturbances in the water.It improved the precision of the instrument and made it suitable for many complex water samples.Inthe software design,the least squares method was used,and the fitted curve was stored in the instrument.After achieving the design of human-computer interactive interface,we can operate and control the operation menu through the touch screen,which makes it possible to check the test result,set the relevant parameters and export data at any time.In the article,we operated experiments to verify the range,repeatability,accuracy,precision,zero drift and span drift of heavy metal analyzer.Also,the error sources were analyzed and corresponding methods were given to reduce the error.Furthermore,by using gravity method for smoothing and data analysis,we got the result that the linear range of detection of cadmium ions was 0 ~ 2.0mg / L,RSD was less than 4%.The performance of heavy metal analyzer was in accordance with the national standard,which mean it can detect the heavy metal concentration well.
