Ultra precision machine tool is the carrier of ultra precision machining,its performance directly affects the machining accuracy,processing efficiency and reliability.Nowadays,the development trend of ultra precision machine tools is high precision,high efficiency and high automation.Increasing the cutting speed and the cutting quantity will cause the machine tool to vibrate.The material of the traditional manufacturing bed can not meet the needs of the development of the ultra precision machine tools.Artificial granite has excellent damping properties,thermal stability,formability,acid and alkali resistance,green and pollution-free advantages,is the production of ultra precision machine tools,precision instruments and other basic components of one of the ideal materials.In this paper,the research on the binder properties,material formulation and preparation technology of the granite material,the basic performance of the specimen and the design of the artificial granite ultra-precision cylindrical grinder are carried out.The concrete contents are as follows: The resin,the curing agent and the diluent The influence of the amount of curing agent on the curing time and curing temperature was tested.The viscosity value of the binder and the softening point of the block were tested.According to the preparation process requirements,the artificial granite raw materials were determined,and the effects of aggregate gradation,packing,fiber and aggregate support structure on the compressive strength of the composites were studied step by step.The basic properties of the prepared specimen were studied,including surface roughness,flatness,surface hardness,mechanical property test and modal analysis.According to the design requirements of artificial granite super-precision cylindrical grinder bed,the solid model of artificial granite super-precision cylindrical grinder is established.The simulation and topology optimization of solid bed are carried out.Four kinds of optimization schemes are designed.Bed structure optimization scheme,and with the similar structure of cast iron bed simulation results were compared;according to the bed final optimization program,the design of the bed mold.
