Colorimetric immune detection is through color change targeted to detect a substance,which commonly used in the analysis of enzymes,such as the horseradish peroxidase?HRP?,but its sour easily affected by external environment.Polyoxometalates?Polyoxometalates,POMs?is a metal oxide cluster compounds which exhibit oxidation-reduction quality.It plays an important applicationcan in catalyze especially in colorimetric.Based on the properties of POMs can activate H2O2,we want to design is proposed simulation of HRP,then instead of HRP.Men who with prostate cancer suffer serious plague,now the detection methods of Pca are: digital rectal inspection,rectal cavity ultrasound,biopsy of the prostate,computer tomography?CT?and multiple internal reflection?MIR?,the detection means not only can cause great psychological burden and physical damage,and often lead to miscalculation or excessive treatment of disease.So developing a kind of high efficient and convenient,has the humanities method is imminent.Unscrupulous merchants added melamine in milk powder incident,which let whole uproar,also let parents who have children confuse what can eat dairy life.Therefore,we hope to design a convenient and quick,simple and effective method to detect melamine,make food testing more feasible,make food safety guaranteed.Therefore,we designed and synthesized a series of transition metals substituded POMs,study H2O2 oxidate organic substrates TMB(C16H20N2),sarcosine and melamine.The catalytic activity of POMs influence its performance,and build detection methods of creatine and melamine,mainly do the following:1.Preparation of transition metals substituted silicon tungsten POMs:[SiW11O39M?H2O?]6-,[SiW10O36M2?H2O?2]4-,[SiW9O37M3?H2O?3]8-,(M = Cu2+,Co2+,Mn2+,Fe2+),rare earth metals substituted [SiW11O37L?H2O?]n-(L = La3+,Ce4+);And by using infrared spectrum?IR?,ultraviolet spectrum?UV?and cyclic voltammograms?CV?method to emplore the redox properties and structures.To study the catalytic activity of H2O2 oxidation TMB,as well as sarcosine,to build the linear relationship;Establish SiW9Mn3 based on rapid detection method of sarcosine,detection linear range for 2.40×10-2 7.86×10-4 mol/L,the minimum detection limit of 4.96×10-3mol/L.2.Preparation of transition metal substituded phosphor tungsten POMs: [PW11O39M]5-,[PW9O34M3]3-(M = Cu2+,Co2+,Mn2+,Fe2+).And by using the methods of IR,UV,CV on the redox properties and structures.To study the catalytic activity of H2O2 oxidation TMB,and interact with melamine oxidation TMB,we want to build the linear relationship,set up based on PW11 Co detection methods of melamine.Detection of melamine linear range of1.0×10-41.5×10-6 mol/L,the minimum detection limit of 2.5×10-6 mol/L.
