As the population and the economy increase rapidly,the consumption of fossil fuels have increased quicklier than before.Fossil fuels is a kind of typical non-renewable resources,it will be used up.And the environmental pollution problems are no less significant by burning fossil fuels.So it is important to develop new efficient clean energy and high energy conversion and storage devices.Lithium-ion battery is a kind of efficient,safe and environment friendly battery.At present,graphite material is the most widely used cathode of the commercial lithium-ion batteries.As the graphite has large size,the transport path of lithium ions and electrons is too long,the rate capability of the lithium-ion battery is poor.The carbon nanofibers which synthesized with self-supporting by the electrostatic spinning were made into electrode and test the electrochemical performance.As the current density increased gradually,the performance of the carbon nanofibers enhanced significantly.But the reversible capacity of the lithium-ion battery didn't have a big improvement at a small current density.In order to solve the problem of the carbon nanofibers' s reversible capacity,we synthesized the grapheme modified composite carbon nanofibers by eectrostatic spinning.Compound carbon fiber can be made into no need conductive agent and binder electrode plate with self-supporting.Then we researched and explored the crystallinity,electrical conductivity and mechanical strength of the carbon fiber from different levels of graphene.We researched the transportation and storage character of ions and electrons in the three-dimensional conductive network of the commingled fiber.We inspected the rate capability and cycle stability of the lithium-ion batteries' electrode material from the carbon fiber modified by graphene.This work has important practical significance for producting portable,safe,cheap,environment friendly lithium-ion battery.
