| In this paper, A family of air-stable phenylethynyl palladium complexes with the variation of phosphine ligands and halogen anion were designed and prepared and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR, MS, and single crystal X-ray analysis. And this series of palladium catalysts unexpectedly can initiate polymerization of phenyl isocyanide in an active/controlled chain growth mode. The polymer has a clear high stereoregularity, and the polymer has a controlled molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution. The mechanism of the polymerization reaction was investigated by studying the kinetics of the palladium complex and the bond length. The most catalyzed palladium complexes are suitable for most of the phenyl anisotropes, and the reaction conditions are mild. n addition,we synthesized two kinds of mononuclear magnetic complexes [K(18-Crown-6)]2+[Co(SCN)]4]2- and[Ba(C12H24O6) (H2O)3](NCS)4]2-, and they exhibit a slow relaxation phenomenon under an external magnetic field. |
