In order to solve the problem of kitchen garbage aerobic composting process: slow heating in system?the low composting temperature and the duration of high temperature period is short, the study optimized the composting process from three aspects: the improvement of insulation effect ? adding Sodium bicarbonate and peptone as exogenous conditioner ? kitchen garbage and straw and cow dung mixed with the proportion of 1:0.6:1 as composting materials. This study set four groups?A1?A2?A3?A4?as control experiment, they are:not adding conditioner?A1??adding Sodium bicarbonate?A2??adding peptone?A3?? adding Sodium bicarbonate and peptone?A4?.Analyzing the mechanism of exogenous by determing the Parameter index like temperature ? Water content ? pH ? Enzyme activity?Protease ?cellulase?? Maturity?C/N ? The seed germination rate?during composting process. In addition, one bacteria strain was obtained from soil, and its property to degrade ethyl cellulose was studied. The results show that the worst composting effect of the group is A1?The high temperature period lasted only two days?;the group of A2 heating slow, but the time of high temperature period maintain long;the group of A3 heating fast, but the time of high temperature period maintain too short;the fastest warming group is A4,the highest temperature can reach 62?,the maintenance time of high temperature can be up to5 days, the fertilizer is the best in the four groups When reached maturity?C/N was equal to 4.6,seed germination rate can reach 94.3%?.To sum up: adding Sodium bicarbonate and peptone can shorten the composting period, then the composting system can running in low temperature environment?12??.Bacteria strain B is similar to Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain?similarity is 99%?,as a part of the solution of starch Bacillus species undefined.Variance histogram shows that variance A,B and C were 0.1,0.07 and 0.13,respectively.These illustrated that enzyme activity less affected by temperature,pH and time. The mechanism of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain degrading ethyl cellulose is decomposing it into sugar, and then degrading sugar into CO2 and H2O.
