Scientific research and progress of pesticides play a very important role in the development of agriculture in China,and can control diseases,insects,weeds and other pests,and play the role of grain harvest and increase production.But in recent years,with the long-term use of pesticides,resulting in excessive food,vegetables and other residues,soil compaction,nutrient loss,environmental degradation and other issues.Therefore,the use of safe,environmentally friendly,non-toxic and harmless new pesticides are more and more popular expectations.Compared with chemical pesticide application and processing technology is not high due to environmental and food safety issues,mainly the use of microbial pesticide metabolites in vivo or microorganisms to control diseases and insect pests,can also regulate plant growth,popularization and application of microbial pesticide depends on its own security,the easy preparation,no pollution and no residue.Penicillium is a kind of fungus with high application value,which is widely used in life and production.Penicillium used for preparing antibiotics for treatment of human diseases in the early stage of development,which is mainly used in medicine and industry,but in recent years,due to Penicillium can degradation of pesticide residues in soil,metabolites can inhibit the activity of pathogenic bacteria,promote plant growth characteristics and is widely used in agriculture.In this paper,using the method of UV mutagenesis of Penicillium were induced to mutate,combined with instrumental analysis,indoor experiment method on Penicillium fermentation activity composition analysis,verify the genetic stability,determine the best fermentation liquid culture conditions,the detailed study of fermentation liquid of active substances for promoting plant growth,inhibition of pathogenic bacteria.The main results are as follows:1.Under different UV irradiation intensity and different irradiation time,the penicillium strain could be mutated,which was different from that of the original strain and mutated.2.By UV mutagenesis strains and original strain,active ingredients of penicillin and griseofulvin in fermentation broth was significantly increased.3.In the ten generation of continuous culture,the active substances in the fermentation broth were higher than those of the original strain,and there was no significant difference between them,which could be inherited stably.4.The optimal culture conditions of 3 mutation of Penicillium fermentation: glucose 2%,peptone content 3%,culture temperature is 28 degrees centigrade,the speed of 120 r min-1,6 pH,3% inoculation amount,72 h culture.5.The fermentation broth induced by Aspergillus niger could inhibit the pathogenic bacteria,the inhibition rate of Fusarium oxysporum was 88.89%,and the inhibition rate of Fusarium graminearum was 79.51%.6.Mutagenesis of Penicillium fermentation liquid has certain promoting effect on plant growth,can promote the growth of maize seedlings,to promote bud rate was 83.94%,the root length promotion rate was 44.32%,shoot fresh weight promotion rate was 69.23%,the root fresh weight promotion rate was 76.47%.
