Research On The Design Of Daily-use Ceramics Based On The Combination Of Manual Craftsmanship And Mechanized Production Craft

For the design of daily-use ceramics,the traditional hand-made production process has its own characteristics and shortcomings.That is similar to the modern mechanized production.Observing their characteristics and shortcomings,the characteristics of the craftsmanship show that there is a significant complementarity,which forms new content.From the combination of the modern connotation of traditional handicraft technology and mechanized production,this research explores the specific ways,the conditions of combination and the advantages of integration.Daily ceramic product design can get rid of the existing difficulties only by means of combining the advantages of those two productions.Of course,the most commonly used process is this favorable process that involves some crafts' advantages.That is necessary to reflect the traditional manual spirituality,expand the impact,but also rely on the advantages and strength of modern machinery,which increases the personality,improves production capacity and highlights the combination of quality.Therefore,this research is to start from the perspective of the combination of manual production and characterization of human skills,which is based on precise function.Meanwhile,this research explores from the five aspects: at the first stage,from the research background,research significance,literature review several aspects,this research shows its necessity and feasibility;at the second stage,the new connotation of the combination of the two kinds of production technology is summarized based on the comparison of longitudinal and horizontal;at the third stage,based on the shape and decoration aspects,from the technical point of view,this research explores the product form and the material in the two production processes specific manifestations of their own advantages and disadvantages;at the fourth stage,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two production process,this research further explores the two production processes which can be combined with the design analysis.Finally,the graduation project makes full use of the combination of the theory and practice to be demonstrated.In this paper,it hopes that the comparison of the manual craft and the mechanized production process of daily-use ceramics will be carried out through the graduation design practice to verify the rationality and trend of the method in the design and manufacturing process of daily-use ceramics.Function as the main purpose of dailyceramic manufacturing finds suitable road.
