The Control Of Construction Cost Of Gasoline Hydrogenation Project In Bohai Petrochemical Industries

Project cost control is the key to improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprises,is the core content of engineering project management task.The cost control method of most construction enterprises in China still stays in the prediction stage of the target cost according to bidding and contract price and the after the event stage instead of cost analysis,the effect of cost control cannot reach the expected goal.The construction project cost control,divides the implementation process of cost plan into six links of cost forecast,cost plan,cost control,cost accounting,cost analysis and cost assessment,and implements the key work of each cost control link to form a dynamic and orderly management system.In this paper,the gasoline hydrogenation project of Bo Hai petrochemical company as the research object,discusses the basic theory,control principle,control method and implementation procedures of project cost total process management,and formulates the implementation scheme of project cost whole process management according to the problems and difficulties in project cost management.Based on scientific theory,the key points are project material procurement management,construction scheme optimization,reasonable allocation of labor resources and construction machinery efficient use of information data statistics and collection,flexible use of value engineering theory,earned value(earned value)method,cost factor analysis,comparative analysis and so on.The goal of whole process control of construction project,the establishment of system,system and personnel security,information technology is particularly important,and constantly improve its own hardware safeguard measures,is the enterprise short-term survival and long-term development premise.
