Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of drug content by fluorescent anti-quenching method with adjustable laser-micro sequential injection-valve laboratory.Method: Tetraphenylborate has a quenching effect on the fluorescence signals of rhodamine B and methylene blue,and protonated with a tertiary amine structure in drug molecules such as clopidogrel sulfate,nicotine hydrochloride and imipramine hydrochloride,etraphenylborate reaction to form a more stable hydrophobic ion association,the rhodamine B and methylene blue re-release of fluorescence,and the enhancement of the fluorescence signal(?F)and the concentration of these drugs in a linear relationship.According to the above principle,a new method of indirect determination of drug content containing tertiary amines by fluorescence quenching method was established by using adjustable laser-fiber sensing technique.Result:1.The linear regression equation was ?F=4471.7C+12552,r=0.9984,the linear range was(0.07~2.82)×10-5 mol·L-1,the detection limit was 0.67×10-6 mol·L-1,the repeatability RSD was 2.94%,and the recoveries were between 93.0%~99.5%.2.The linear regression equation was ?F=11791C+278.87,r=0.9986,the linear range was(0.048~1.16)×10-5mol·L-1,and the linear regression equation The lower limit is 0.1×10-6 mol·L-1,the repeatability RSD is 0.58%,and the recoveries are between 95.1%~99%.3.The linear regression equation was ?F=2827C+608.41,r=0.9991,the linear range was(0.047~4.97)×10-5mol·L-1,and the linear regression equation of ?F and nicotidine hydrochloride,The detection limit was 0.31×10-6mol·L-1,the repeatability RSD was1.24%,and the recoveries were between 93.8%~102%.4.The linear regression equation was ?F=3574C+667.74,r = 0.9995,the linear range was(0.078~3.99)×10-5 mol·L-1,and the linear regression equation The lower limit was 0.52×10-6 mol·L-1,the repeatability RSD was 0.45%,and the recoveries were between 94.5%~97.2%.The method was applied to the determination of the commercially available drugs,and the measured valueswere basically consistent with the labeled values of the drugs.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and rapid,and it can be used to determine the content of active ingredients in medicine.
