In recent years,the extensive attention has been focused on the environment-friendly catalytic technology for the elimination of pollutant emissions and a lot of research achievements have been made.This thesis is focused on the introduction of the application of this technology in the control of the source of pollution and the treatment of the end.The main results come as follows:(1)Zeolite catalyst as one kind of the very important environmentally friendly solid catalyst has played a very important role in many organic synthesis reactions and can reduce a large amount of waste emissions compared with the traditional catalysts.Water,supercritical fluid and ionic liquids which are the environmentally friendly reaction media and are used as green solvents can greatly reduce the environmental pollution caused by organic solvents.However,their industrial applications have not been successful for many reasons.(2)Catalytic performance of enzyme in many organic synthesis reactions is so good that it has always been considered as an ideal green catalytic material.Meanwhile,mimic enzyme catalysis is of great significance.The engineering application of enzyme catalysis in treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater,pharmaceutical wastewater and foodstuff wastewater has been reported.And it is also used in landfill leachate treatment and sludge reduction.(3)Chemical catalytic oxidation is very effective and environmentally friendly in the pollution treatment.At present,such technologies as Photo catalytic oxidation,Fenton and catalytic wet air oxidation(CWAO)have been developed rapidly and will have an extensive prospect.Photo catalytic oxidation with TiO2 had been successfuly used in the treatment of indoor air pollution,purification of automobile exhaust and wastewater treatment and is not yet mature for the industrial application.Heterogeneous Fenton-like technology with good stability in the degradation of organic material and several pilot tests is so effective that many successful cases have been reported.CWAO is suitable for treating high concentration organic wastewater and the engineering application of heterogeneous CWAO technology has already existed.(4)The green catalytic technologies to reduce waste and environment pollution embody the scope of cleaner production,and controlling pollution on industrial process of terminal embodies the scope of end-pipe treatment.Thus,as production enterprises we should lay attention to the cleaner production methods to promote their competitiveness rather than the blind increase of investment in the end-pipe treatment.And therefore we will have attained a double-win of economical and environmental benefits.(5)Shandong Shengda Ruyi Printing and Dyeing Co.,Ltd is taken as an example to illustrate the application of complex biological enzyme catalysis in the treatment of high concentration and difficult degradable printing and dyeing wastewater.Biodegradable substances such as surfactants and reactive dyes and cationic dyes can be decomposed by using specific biological enzymes.Physicochemical + complex biological enzyme catalysis + aerobic biological treatment processes are designed and the results are satisfactory.
