Research On Monitoring And Analyzing System Of Welding Process Parameters Based On Spot Welding Current

Because of technological application of sophisticated,high mechanical efficiency,lowcost,the resistance spot welding is widely used in the industrial manufacturing.Based onwhether it is destructive to the material,the spot welding quality test include two methods:destructive test and nondestructive test.Combining the advantage of the nondestructive test,a method which can monitor and analysis the spot welding current parameter is proposed.Adopting the advanced sensors and data acquisition technology,a set of resistance spot welding current online monitoring and analyzing system is designed in this thesis.Based on the IPC platform,hall current sensor is applied in this system which can provide the data monitoring convenience.Meanwhile,in order to achieve the high speed and high precision signal acquisition,Advantech data acquisition card is applied in this system as well as mentioned above,the welding current monitoring hardware platform is set up in this whole system.The user interface of the database application window and waveform display is established by the virtual LabVIEW software platform.Data acquisition channel of data acquisition card,data correction and data threshold are designed to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data acquisition.The low order Chebyshev extended structure filter is applied in this study.At the same time,the storage of current monitoring system data and alarm module are created.The test platform is set up in this system,so the test for welding the car Body-in-white by AC resistance welder is realized.Through optimizing the monitoring system,the objective of real time monitoring is achieved.Meanwhile,it can realize the real-time alarm of the quality of the welding spot which cannot meet the requirements of the welding process parameters,make a preliminary judgment for the welding quality,and improve the production efficiency and the welding quality.
