| With the rapid development of modern industrial technology for decades,high-tech machinery and equipment,high precision and high efficiency has entered the field of manufacturing in the human society,as everyone knows the manufacturing equipment with high accuracy determines the level of a country’s manufacturing industry,especially in machining industry,the higher the precision is more and.Therefore,in order to meet this requirement,it is necessary to find such drive components,and giant magnetostrictive actuator(GMA)can meet the requirements in these areas.This paper applies GMA tool in turning instead driven by voice coil motor as the actuator,the machining precision and increase by an order of magnitude,can adapt to the machining of parts with high accuracy.In this paper,the characteristics of the giant magnetostrictive actuator are studied,and the hysteresis model(improved on the basis of the J-A hysteresis model)and the dynamic model and the turning machining dynamics model are established.Combined with the design of CNC machine tools GMA-driven turning system,for the turning system using GMA drive to improve the accuracy of turning.And using TMS320F2812 chip,this chip for the core design of the entire turning control system.Secondly,based on the TMS320F2812 chip as the core of the DSP GMA-driven turning control system hardware design.Again,the design of the entire GMA drive system inverter power supply,and its control mode design.Finally,CCS software is used to design the GMA-driven turning control system.The whole idea of the design is to generate four PWM driving signal through DSP control system,and then through the power output drive circuit to control the inverter,the inverter output drive current need,and then to control the GMA driver,drive the knife into to produce displacement,so as to realize the processing of parts.Based on the analysis of characteristics of GMA,not only analyzes the influence of temperature on prestress and GMA output displacement,also considering the workpiece on the counterforce and the turning force feedback to the GMA system to influence the output of the GMA displacement.In this paper,GMA is applied to the drive system of turning work,which improves the control precision of tool feed shift. |
