We are becoming more and more dependent on resources as our nation’s economy rapidly develops.meanwhile,the mining strength of coal is increasing because of it’s role of being the main energy source by far.but currently our shallow resources are decreasing.as a result,it’s necessary to exploit the deep ones.at the same time the deeper we exploit the mines,the more serious heat damage problems will be.so it has been the first task to solve the high temperature ang high humidity issues about the mines when we are exploiting the deep coal.In mines,heat damage problems are serious,we are obliged to take temperature drop measures to satisfy the requests about temperature under the condition of coal mining.In summer time ground air conditioning’s chilled water cooling also needs cold flow.If we only take artificial refrigeration to satisfy the mines and air condition cooling the cost of coal exploiting will greatly increase.At the present both at home and abroad concerned parts exploit the deep mineral resources by taking freezing shaft sinking,the essence of which is to use artificial refrigeration to change the soil nature temporarily to consolidate stratum.Freezing is completed.We step into wellbore shaft sinking.In wellbore wall a great amount of cold flow is stored,part of which willing be extracted by circulating water and using freezing tubes just right for mine cooling and air-conditioning chilled water cooling to increase cold.In that case energy can be reused.By far our nation and the other nations do not have a kind of mature,effective cold extraction application project of frozen wall.This thesis performs series of research against the background of Ave ore.Firstly based on the field data I analyze the change characteristics,which is that chilling requirement of mine exploiting and cool storage capacity of frozen wall gradually decrease over time.Test demonstrates the practicability of using cool storage capacity of frozen wall.Combining with the actual situation,experiments and relative theories,choosing salt-water water-tank heat exchange to be the experimental system of using cold of frozen wall I come to a conclusion that the influential factors on the heat transfer coefficient of the cold extraction of frozen wall system heat exchange mainly include the surface of heat exchange forming thermal resistance,flow velocity in water tanks and salt liquid velocity in tubes etc.Cold extraction and application of frozen wall is actually reusing resource in order to greatly increase resources utilization,save the dwindling resources,increase econo mic and social effect and conform to the request of Green construction.Therefore,cold extraction and application of frozen wall has the significant value,and it is also an ine vitable trend for the future development of our society.
