| Due to the wide range of raw material sources,low cost,good water resistance,high production automation and so on,emulsion explosive has become the leading products of industrial explosives in china.Although explosion velocity and detonation parameters of emulsion explosives are relatively high.However,due to the small amount of water contained in the emulsion explosive,a certain amount of energy is absorbed at the detonation time of high temperature and high pressure,to some extent,the detonation performance of emulsion explosive is decreased,so it is limited in practical application.In this paper,the detonation performance of emulsion explosives was improved by adding high energy fuel aluminum to emulsion explosive,and the thermal stability of aluminized emulsion explosive was tested by thermal analysis.Through the method of experiment,the emulsion explosive which is suitable to be used in the blasting field is prepared,and the aluminum powder emulsion explosive is added to the emulsion explosive with different content,particle size and shape.In this paper,the detonation velocity of aluminized explosives was measured by means of the time measuring instrument,and the detonation energy of the aluminized explosive was measured by the method of underwater explosion.The temperature and heat flow curves of aluminized emulsion explosives were obtained by means of C80 micro calorimeter,and the thermal stability of aluminized emulsion explosives was analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:1)When 5%aluminum powder was added to the emulsion explosive,the detonation velocity of emulsion explosive reached the maximum;With the increase of the content of aluminum powder,the detonation velocity of explosive decreased.The detonation velocity of the explosive containing spherical aluminum powder was higher than that of the schistose aluminum powder.The detonation velocity of emulsion explosive containing small diameter aluminum powder is higher than that of large diameter aluminum powder.2)The specific shock wave and the specific bubble energy of aluminized emulsion explosive increased with the increase of aluminum powder content.The small diameter aluminum powder has a great influence on the specific shock wave energy.Large diameter aluminum powder has a great influence on specific bubble energy of emulsion explosive.The effect of granular aluminum powder on specific shock wave energy of emulsion explosive was large.Schistose aluminum powder has a great influence on specific bubble energy of emulsion explosive.3)The total energy of aluminized emulsion explosive increased with the increase of aluminum powder content.When the content of aluminum powder is between 0 and 10%,the total energy increased rapidly.The total energy of emulsion explosive containing small diameter aluminum powder was higher than that of large diameter aluminum powder.The total energy of the schistose aluminum powder emulsion explosive was higher than that of spherical aluminum powder.4)With the addition of aluminum powder,the thermal stability of emulsion explosive reduced.With the increase of the content of aluminum powder,the initial decomposition temperature and the extrapolated decomposition temperature of the emulsion explosives reduced.5)When the content of aluminum powder was 5%,the heat release of the aluminized emulsion explosive was increased obviously,which indicated that the aluminum powder had a promoting effect on the thermal decomposition of the aluminized emulsion explosive.At the same content,the activation energy of the emulsion explosive containing large particle size aluminum powder was higher than that of small diameter aluminum powder.The shape of aluminum powder had no obvious effect on the activation energy of emulsion explosive. |
