In recent years,the competition among steel enterprises is so fierce due to the continued downturn in China's steel industry.As important energy consuming equipment in the metallurgical industry,the stability and economic operation of reheating furnace system is of great importance for improving the economic benefits and competitiveness of the steel enterprises.However,the reheating furnace is complicated,and it's difficult to implement conventional control algorithm in it.Therefore,it's necessary to study advanced control algorithm in order to improve the quality of reheating furnace system.Advanced control strategy of reheating furnace is designed based on the analysis of the characteristics of the combustion system.Then the strategy is applied to concrete object successfully.Practical operating results show that this strategy can improve the quality of control system.This dissertation presents a fuzzy predictive control strategy for the temperature of furnace.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the strategy.The main contents and innovations of this dissertation are as follows:(1)A generalized predictive controller is designed for the furnace temperature.A temperature-flow cascade control loop is implemented.A selection control strategy of furnace temperature and furnace pressure is proposed.A PID controller is designed for the exhaust temperature.The program is designed to realize the calculation of the control algorithm,the setting of the process parameters,the monitoring of the controlled variables and the switching of the control mode.(2)Considering of the nonlinear of the furnace temperature,the T-S fuzzy model based on sample data is studied.In this dissertation,the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm and the fuzzy C-means algorithm are combined to divide the input space,and the parameters of the rear functions are identified by least square method.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.(3)This dissertation proposes a fuzzy predictive control strategy of furnace temperature based on the historical data of reheating furnace.A T-S fuzzy model is established based on the historical data of the reheating furnace.and then this T-S fuzzy model is combined with the generalized predictive control algorithm to form the fuzzy predictive controller.The simulation results show that the generalized predictive control based on T-S model has a good control effect at different settings.
