Establishment And Application Of Infant Foemula Fingerprints Based By Near Infrared Spectroscopy For Yinqiao Brand

Infant formula is all the source of nutrition for a non-breastfed infants,which is of great significance for the normal development and healthy growth of infants.Based on the importance of infant formula for infants,the market of infant formula continues to increase.Because of the interests,some small manufactures begin to product fake infant formula,which not only damage the health of infants,but also damage the interests of manufacturers.A simple and rapid method is established for infant formula brand fake identification.In this paper,the near infrared spectroscopy technique was used to establish the fingerprint of infant formula.Comparing with other brands of infant formula,fake infant formula is identified.The main findings are as follows:(1)The effect of different factors on the near-infrared spectroscopy(a)The effect of temperature on the near-infrared spectrum: with the temperature rise,the relative absorbance of the spectrum showed a not strict downward trend;(b)The effect of milk powder accumulation compactness on the near-infrared spectrum(the difference in the accumulation of milk powder with different pressure applied): in the range of 5300 ~ 5000cm-1,there was a significant difference for the standard measurement cup pressure and no pressure for the spectrum,but there was no significant difference in the influence of the spectrum for the size of the pressure.(2)The fingerprints of Yinqiao brand's infant formula were established.The nine characteristic waviness numbers were 4178.16,4488.73,4746.44,4997.55,5156.14,5341.16,6008.57,6794.91 and 8268.49 cm-1.The ratio of absorbance is 0.240: 0.584: 0.280: 0.184:0.542: 0.396: 0.881: 0.561: 1.000.The method validation shows that stability,precision and reproducibility were good.(3)Application of infant formula fingerprints not only can identify the same brand of different months,but also can identify the same month of different brands.Yinqiao brand'sinfant formula of 1 and 2,3 number can be separated,but 2 number can't be separated between 3 number.However Yinqiao brand of 1,2 or 3 number infant formula can be separated with other brands' infant formula for same months.
