Western Sichuan gas field belongs to low permeability tight gas reservoir,and most of the gas wells produce water,use the gas recovery by foam drainage mianly,but some of them are unsatisfactory.The foaming effects of some wells showe up and down,which caused the fluctuations of daily liquid production rate and daily gas.The essence is the gas-foam-water three-phase flow in the wellbore of foaming wells and has not been clearly recognized,then cannot obtains the reasonable range of gas production parameters of foam effective lifting.For this reason,the main work is as follows:(1)The statistics of Sichuan gas field 37 wells production data row before and after the use of foam water production were estimated,and the indicators which are the rate of increase of oil pressure drop rate analyze the influence of gas,water and gas water ratio on the foaming effect.(2)The experiment depends on the rules of dimensionless velocity which was similar with the Duns&Ros,determines the range of experimental parameters,and establishes a set of visualization of inner diameter 50mm,high 4m simulation experiment device,so it provides experimental methods for gas-foam-water three-phase.(3)The types and concentration of foaming agent were launched for UT-11C,SP-7.The experiment adopts a high speed camera and the differential pressure flow pattern identification method analysis,sums up the 4 kinds of bubble flow pattern,and analyzes the characteristics of the foam patterns,on the basis of the 360 groups of gas and water flow pattern of orthogonal experiment.(4)The experiment uses the experimental data analysis the gas-liquid flow pattern map error in project,acquires the 4 flow pattern boundaries on the basis of Aziz flow pattern map,draws the foaming water production rate of rise of cloud with MapInfo software,gets the gas pipe flow diagram of foam water three-phase rise.(5)On the basic of Sichuan 27 wells foam before and after production data,the paper adopts a universal verification and validation for typical wells of gas-foam-water flow three-phase pattern map and the accuracy beyonds 90%;It predicts the foam flow pattern in the wellbore and the rising rate of bubble discharge in Chuanxiao 633 well,In the end,it recommends a foam process system.The research results of this paper provide a important technical support for the design of foam drainage and has some reference value for the study of bubble pipe flow theory in West Sichuan gas field.
