The construction of the Xilin Gol Grassland National Nature Reserve is of great significance to the protection of the grassland and its adjacent Hunshandake sandy ecosystem,but its construction effect is still lack of quantitative assessment.In this paper,the vegetation types,vegetation cover and net primary productivity wer eselected.Appying 3S technology and using ARCGIS and ENVI to analysis the spatial change of the vegetation type and the change trends of vegetation coverage and vegetation net primary productivity in the study area establis hing and adjusting before and after.With climate factors,human factors and social factors on the Xilin Gol Grassland National Nature Reserve Construction results are evaluated quantitatively,provide theoretical basis and technical support for the management of nature reserves.The main results are as follows:(1)During the period from 1984 to 2004,the conservation rate of each vegetation type was relatively small.The change rate of each vegetation type was larger in the whole year.Between 2004 and 2015,the preservation rate of each vegetation type increased,and the change of the whole vegetation type decreased.Others(urban residents Etc.)to the typical grassland transfer significantly,the overall trend of improvement(2)Before and after the establishment of the protected area,the vegetation coverage is mainly changed from Grade ? and ? to Grade ?,with a significant increase and significantly increasing area and a significant increase in the area of very stable and stable areas.After the adjustment of the protected area,the vegetation coverage mainly changed from Grade ? and ? to ? and ?,and the area of significant increase and extremely significant increase and the area of very stable and stable areas also showed an increasing trend.The vegetation coverage Is moving towards a significant increase and stability.(3)Before and after the adjustment of protected areas,the net primary productivity of vegetation increased significantly and significantly increased area and the area was very stable and stable.After 2000,the net primary productivity of vegetation in the whole protected area was increasing.(4)The ecological protection status index(NEI)gradually increased in the three years of 1984,2004 and 2015,the increase of the protected area was the largest,the effectiveness of the protected area construction and the effect of the adjustment after the adjustment were significant.
