Due to unique structure and photoelectric properties,fullerene derivatives exhibit extensive application in material science,biomedicine,supramolecular chenmistry and so on.The functionalization of fullerenes has also evolved into an important research direction of fullerene chemistry.Functionalization can not only improve the solubility of parent fullerene,intermolecular forces,but also continues to create novel fullerene derivatives,providing important material basis and method support for the development of new functions of fullerenes.Therefore,the development of simple and efficient methods for the synthesis of novel fullerene derivativeswill be crucial.In this thesis,we will discuss the synthesis ofdiverse disubstituted dihydrofuran-fused [60]fullerenederivatives via copper-catalyzed oxidative dehydrogenative annulation reaction.A new method for the construction of diverse disubstituted [60]fullerene dihydrofuran derivatives was determined by screening the different Copper salt,oxidants and other conditions.Under the optimized conditions,diarylethanones,benzoylacetonitriles,?-ketoesters and ?-diketones can react with C60 to give the target compounds.Under the CuCl-promoted conditions,acetoacetamide compounds can also react to produce dihydrofuran-fused [60]fullerene derivatives.At the same time,The compatibility of the substrate functional groups and the effect of the substituents on the reaction were also investigated,and the reation mechanism was proposed by a series of control experiments.
