With the acceleration of the industrial and agricultural process, more and more heavy metal emissions to the agricultural ecological environment, and may accumulate in the body gradually, produce the relevant toxic effects.Insects are an indispensable part of global biodiversity, heavy metal pollution on the potential harm to insects also caused a high degree of concern.Excessive intake of heavy metals has affected the growth and development of insects. The accumulation of heavy metal ions in the insects is a continuous, dynamic continuous process, the level of its accumulation is mainly depends on the length of the threat of insects, the amount of food intake, the ability of heavy metal ion excretion; At the same time, the digestive tract is the main part of the accumulation of heavy metals. In order to better understand the mechanism of heavy metal ions on insects,As well as insect stress response to heavy metals,In this paper,to study the effects of cadmium and copper on the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the pupae of Mythimna separata and M.separata.In order to clarify the toxic effects and biochemical mechanism of M.separata, the main test results are summarized as follows:1.Soil cadmium ions had no significant effect on the pupal weight and pupal length of M.separata,on the pupation rate has a significant impact. With the increase of treatment time, the increase of cadmium concentration, the pupation rate decreased significantly. The effect of soil copper ion treatment on the growth and development of M.separata was not significant.37.5mg.kg-1 treatment group was significantly smaller than that of the control group,75 mg.kg-1 treatment group was significantly lower than that of 150mg.kg-1 treatment group and control group.2.The leaves of 3rd instar larvae were fed with different concentrations of heavy metal cadmium, the changes of detoxification enzyme and polyphenol oxidase activity were measured at different time after treatment. The results show, the activity of CarE in the treatment of 12-48 h,0.15 mg.L-1 cadmium ion treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and showed that the activity increased first and then decreased with the prolongation of treatment time.High concentration 0.6mg.L-1 cadmium ion treatment of M.separata 12-48h,GST activity showed an increase with the treatment time, activity was on the rise.0.15mg.L-1 heavy metal cadmium treatment 12-48h,AChE showed a prolonged process time, activity showed a tendency to decrease.High concentration 0.6mg.L-1 treatment of M.separata 12-48h,AChE activity was higher than that of the control group at 12h and 48h,At 12h AChE activity was activated, after 24 h and 48 h the relevant;enzyme activity was inhibited.High concentration 0.6mg.L-1 cadmium ion treatment of M.separata 12-48h,PPO activity showed a tendency to decrease first and then decrease compared with the control, and with the process time to extend,PPO enzyme activity increased.
