Zinc oxide(ZnO)is ?-? compound semiconductor with a direct wide band gap(3.37 e V)and a large exciton binding energy(60me V).It has gained significant attention because of unique optical,piezoelectric,and magnetic properties,as well ascapability of band gap tuning.C urrently,the preparation method of ZnO although exist so many,but each has advantages and disadvantages.Taking into account the zinc oxide seed prepared by the aqueous solutions,do not need complicated equipment,low cost,no need higher reaction temperature,the preparation process is simple and effective and no pollution very suitable for our further research work under the condition of our the laboratory experiment.This experiment pulling the tyra striped ZnO seed layer on glass substrate by using the solution method in combination with intermittent way of pulling method,where is relate to meniscus' s macro and micro change to affect the seed preparation in the three-phase border in the process of lift,then the experiment using a CCD microscopic observation device to observe meniscus' s static images and dynamic changes in the process of lifting,analysis and research on the several related experimental parameters involved to pulling method have an impact on the meniscus macro changes,know the rule of the deposition of the seed particles on the substrate,this experiment by means of solution method in combination with intermittent pulling method lift striped ZnO seed layer on the substrate,eventurelly,characterization and analysis.The current situation of preparation of ZnO seed,this thesis mainly do the following several aspects:Firstly,using a CCD microscopic observation device to observe,analysis and research the meniscus' s static image from various perspectives and various angles.In the process,the object distance,the image distance,the field size,the image size,the depth of field and optical imaging principle of the CCD microscopic observation device have been analyzed systemetically;Then from the muti-angles shot of the meniscus and analyses and verify the influence factors of the meniscus;Finally use the surface modification of substrate and other materials and bare substrate formed the meniscus in a liquid by comparing,understanding the meniscus formed vary from the materials to materials with internal causes in a liquid.Secondly,the meniscus dynamic changes observed by CCD microscopy apparatus in the process of lifting,analysis and study the intermittent pulling method involved related experimental parameters impacted on the dynamic variation of the meniscus in the process of pulling,understanding the deposition mechanism of seed particles when lift the tyra striped zno seed stripe on the substrate.Thirdly,this experiment prepare the striped zno seed layer on the glass substrate by means of solution method in combination with intermittent pulling method,characterization and analysis simultaneously.Finally,substrate synthesized the sedimentary striped ZnO seed layer placed in equimolar concentration of zinc nitrate and hexamethylenetetramine deionized aqueous solution growth certain period of time in the constant temperature environmen,the nano-array morphology structure and the growth status of the samples were characterized and analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer.SEM results showed that the products is the wurtzite structure zinc oxide after growthing,distribution diameter around 100 nm.XRD showed that zinc oxide nanowire/rod array along the [001] direction of preferred orientation growth,and with high crystallinity.Uv-vis suggest that array has strong absorption peak at 350 nm.PL show that the array has high UV light emitting peak in 380 nm,however there is no exist photoluminescence peak in visible light region reavual that less defect in sample.
