Electrochemistry is the science of studying the phenomena of charged interfaces formed by two kinds of conductors and their changes.Now,it has formed many branches,such as electrochemical synthesis,quantum electrochemistry,semiconductor electrochemistry,organic conductor electrochemistry,electrochemical spectroscopy,electrochemistry and so on.Electrochemistry has been widely used in chemical industry,metallurgy,machinery,electronics,aviation,aerospace,light industry,instrumentation,medicine,materials,energy,metal corrosion and protection,environmental science and other fields.At present,the world's most concerned research topics,such as energy,materials,environmental protection,life sciences,and so on,are associated with electrochemistry in a variety of ways.Cyclic voltammetry is a commonly used electrochemical method.It controls the electrode potential to be repeatedly scanned by one or more times of the triangle waveform,so that the electrodes can undergo alternating reduction and oxidation reactions alternately,and record the current voltage curve.According to the shape of the curve,we can know the reversibility of the electrode reaction,the possibility of the adsorption of the intermediate phase,the phase boundary,the formation of the new phase,and the nature of the coupling reaction,and other information of the reaction.It is commonly used to measure the electrode reaction parameters,to determine the control steps and the reaction mechanism,and to observe what kind of reactions can occur in the whole range of the potential scan,and how the nature of the reaction.It is the preferred method for researching a new electrochemical system,called "electrochemical spectrum".In this paper,a method of electrochemical peak seeking algorithm based on least square fitting is proposed,during the work process of the cyclic voltammetry data peak seeking operation.By analyzing the characteristics of data and the results of the partial fitting test,the method of fitting the experimental data I-E(current potential)with the compound function of Gauss function and Cubic function is determined.According to the polynomial part obtained by the result of fitting using LM algorithm,the baseline can be determined,then use this baseline the peak height can be reached.This method is used to process the single peak data obtained by cyclic voltammetry,and the processed results prove the feasibility and the effectiveness of this algorithm.Finally,this method is applied to the development of electrochemical workstation.
