With the rapid change of the world's urbanization process,climate warming has become a global environmental problem.The increasing influence of the Greenhouse Effect is the basic root of the global environmental problem.2014 IPCC(Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change)pointed out that human impact on the climate system is clear,and this effect is increasing,and has been observed in various continents.If it is allowed to develop continuously,climate change will increase the likelihood of serious,universal and irreversible effects on humans and ecosystems.Carbon sources caused by human activities,on the one hand,undermine the balance of carbon cycle in the global ecosystem,and on the other hand,it increases the carbon sources of the global ecosystem,which enhance the global Greenhouse Effect.The carbon sources caused by Human activities can be divided into direct and indirect carbon sources.Carbon sources mainly refer to the consumption of human life and industrial activities and the consumption of fossil fuel emissions of greenhouse gases;indirect carbon sources include carbon sequestration of the land use change caused by the transformation of nature and the conversion to carbon source into the emission of carbon.For the quantification of human activities caused by carbon source,IPCC gives energy activities,industrial processes,and waste disposal by means of calculating the change of land carbon emissions on global carbon emissions and climate change integration evaluation,and then established a national Greenhouse gas inventory project group.Since 1990,five editions has been published by IPCC.It pointed out that land use and cover change is an important reason for the change of the terrestrial ecosystem,the carbon cycle of the terrestrial system,which leads to the conversion of the carbon source and carbon sink.Therefore,the carbon emissions of different land use patterns on the analysis of land use and land use change in the quantitative relationship between carbon emissions,and the development of land use policies,which provides a theoretical basis to reduce carbon emissions,and help to achieve a low carbon economy and create a "two-type society" They are of great significance.The blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula plays an important role in the national marine development and regional coordinated development.As a prefectural coastal city in the Coastal Blue Economic Zone,in recent ten years,the industrial development of Yantai is relatively rapid,compared with the complex human significant influences,the land use types change.This paper takes Yantai as the study area.Combined with academic research in related fields,it refers to the change of the land use and energy consumption survey data in 2005-2014 through the relevant econometric models,estimation of city land use carbon emissions,and carbon emissions of the comprehensive effect of land use change,and it is to predict the effects of carbon emissions in different land use in the future.The main achievements are as follows:(1)The carbon which emits from land use from 2005 to 2014 in Yantai City had increased significantly.From the trend of carbon emissions,the development process can be obviously divided into four stages: the steady growth stage(2005-2008),the fluctuation stage(2008-2012),the rapid growth stage(2012-2013),the steady fluctuation stage(2013-2014).(2)The different land use types in Yantai play an important role in the carbon cycle significantly: Yantai City carbon source for construction land and farmland,woodland,grassland carbon sequestration for garden,water,and other land.Emissions,other types of land area due to carbon sequestration,speed and other aspects of the problem,carbon sequestration,row the amount of carbon less,effect is not very significant.Yantai City carbon emissions is the largest land type construction land.So only by the garden,grassland,water and other land carbon absorption capacity is not enough,because the land carbon uptake and carbon emissions compared with the construction land is too small.So to reduce energy consumption or use of low carbon energy Source is the main measure to reduce carbon emissions in Yantai,and to maintain and even increase the area of garden,woodland,grassland,water and other land,to maintain its carbon sink effect.(3)Yantai must strengthen the implement of national land use policy,continue to promote the industrial structure and economic development mode adjustment and innovation,built land use pattern in accordance with the "two oriented society" development as soon as possible.The future of Yantai emission reduction should first strictly control construction land scale,ensure and expand with carbon the scale of land,the land in order to achieve a low-carbon,economical and efficient use.
