In this paper,we mainly focus on the remediation of the high viscous contaminated soil in Shanghai,there are many shortcomings in the traditional injection method of injection wells in the field of repairing the contaminated site by using the chemical redox remediation technology.Therefore,the use of high pressure jet grouting technology to make up for the lack of traditional injection methods,improve the repair effect.In order to get the high pressure rotary jet grouting technology which is suitable for in situ chemical oxidation and restoration technology,this paper has carried on the related research,the research contents and results are as follows:In this paper,the working principle of high pressure jet grouting process,the fluid properties of high pressure jet and the mechanism of high pressure jet destroying the soil are studied,and the formula for calculating the flow rate at the outlet of the nozzle,the formula for calculating the amount of grouting in the high pressure jet grouting process and the formula for calculating the effective diameter are summarized.Using sodium Persulfate and Sodium Bisulfite reagent soaking experiment,to study the two kinds of reagent solution on the corrosion of drill pipe,high pressure jet equipment in the nozzle,the sealing ring and the pressure pipe,and by 304,310,316 L of the three stainless steel were compared.The results show that these two kinds of solutions are not corrosive to the sealing ring,high pressure pipe and three kinds of stainless steel,however,the drill pipe and nozzle have different degrees of corrosion,The maximum weight loss rate was 10.09% at the concentration of 10% in sodium persulfate solution,Sodium Bisulfite solution of same mass concentration in specimens of the highest weight loss rate is only 1.05%.It is also found in the Sodium Bisulfite solution on the surface of the specimen attached a large number of crystals,and not in the persulfate solution to this phenomenon.The field simulation experiment of high pressure jet grouting was carried out by using environmental friendly dye solution and cement slurry.Through the experiment,the parameters of high pressure rotary jet grouting process in situ in the high viscosity formation of Shanghai were obtained,The specific parameters are as follows: pump pressure 25 MPa,single nozzle,nozzle diameter 2.5mm,rotating speed of 15r/min,lifting speed of 15~30cm/min,pitch 1~2cm/r.A soil remediation program was designed for a contaminated site in Shanghai.Using the in situ chemical remediation technology,combination repair technique assisted vapor extraction,the repair agent is injected into the contaminated formation by the high pressure jet grouting technology,to reduce its pollution to the restoration of the following objectives,to restore its value.
