We making porcelain has so long history and wide variety,it was important part of our country’s historical culture.The white porcelain is one of the many porcelain,in our country,it plays a important role in the development course,Is an important process in porcelain development.In contrast to earlier green porcelain,black porcelain and other white porcelain,there was a higher demand for raw materials,This is also the technical basis of the "green and white glaze" and "painted" varieties.The Baihe kiln is the earliest kiln of white porcelain as we know.In 2005,were found in the northern wei period,the site of the calcined white porcelain,and in 2015,in order to cooperate with local infrastructure,to once again explore of Baihe furnace,found that a large number of samples of white porcelain.No more studies have been done on the study of white porcelain in 2015,For this batch of white porcelain connotation of science and technology research,there is no study the connection between the two batches of samples,whether raw material change information such as the study on series no.This paper,by using X ray fluorescence analysis(XRF),spectrophotometer,thermal expansion instrument and XRD studies baihe kiln raw material and formula of white porcelain,white porcelain glaze the reflected light of the main wavelength,the firing temperature and phase,to determine characteristic and the origin of a white porcelain firing technology.(1)the analysis of XRF data shows that Baihe kiln has the same source of raw material for two batches of white porcelain,and may have the same origin of raw materials;The relationship between the yellow glaze and the white porcelain tyre should be different from that of two batches of white porcelain tyres.The XRF data of two batches of white porcelain glaze are difficult to separate,and the ingredients should be identical or similar.(2)The analysis of the reflection spectra indicates that the inner glaze of Baihe kiln has the same brightness and color as the outer glaze,and the external glaze is more saturation.The yellow and white porcelain glaze in white is similar to the yellow and white porcelain glaze of 2005,which is different from that of the pan-blue enamel in 2005.(3)Through the experiment,the thermal expansion of the 6 samples of baihe find most of baihe white porcelain kiln firing temperature between 1130 ℃ ~ 1170 ℃,the individual sample temperature of 1300 ℃.Baihe kiln white porcelain sample is mostly in the less burning stage,and individual samples are made from the burning.(4)White porcelain and yellow glaze porcelain are mainly composed of low temperature quartz,cristobalite and mullite,and individual samples contain small amounts of hematite or beta quartz.Baihe of white porcelain kiln firing temperature is higher,mainly between 1150 ℃ ~ 1200 ℃,and the result that the part temperature over 1200 ℃ with us in the fifth chapter using thermal expansion instrument measuring results conform to the sintering temperature.Yellow glaze porcelain sintering temperature is lower,much lower than 1150 ℃,lower than white porcelain firing temperature.
