Bismuth selenide(Bi2Se3)nanostructures have been synthesized via chemical vapor deposition(CVD)at different temperatures in order to form different nanostructures of Bi2Se3 such as nanowires,nanoribbons and nanoplates.The crystallization,composition,morphology and fabrication of devices were characterized by Optical Microscope,SEM,Photolithography and Atomic Force Microscopy.The results have shown that the nanostructures of Bi2Se3 deposited at 560 C0 is optimal,providing better structure and the conditions to investigate the exotic surface states and potential applications in spintronics.
