Hydrogel is a kind of unique "soft" material,which has the advantages of high swelling ratio,high mechanical strength,biodegradability,biocompatibility,and has been applied widely in agriculture,industry,biomedical materials,physical hygiene and other fields.Cellulose and their derivatives have been widely used to prepare hydrogels due to the low cost,the large availability,the biocompatibility and biodegradability of cellulose.However,there are many problems in the preparation of hydrogels by traditional methods,including poor mechanical properties,low swelling rate,low biodegradability.In order to achieve the above-mentioned effects,two kinds of hydrogels were synthesized by different preparation methods,and the synthetic properties and applications were validated.The main contents of this thesis are divided into two parts as below:1.To overcome the poor mechanical strength for traditional hydrogels,acrylic acid(AA),ligninsulfonate and hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC)were chosen to synthesize hydrogels(LS-A/H hydrogels)with semi-interpenetrating(semi-INPs)network structure by the method of in situ polymerization.Then,through studying the mechanical properties,surface morphology and sw · elling rate of LS-A/H hydrogels,it was found that LS-A/H hydrogels exhibited higher toughness and could be applied to the biomedical field such as tissue engineering.LS-A/H hydrogels with porous structure exhibit sensitive swelling properties in aqueous solution with different pH or ionic strength,which can be developed to removing dyes.In general,the preparation method of LS-A/H hydrogels with semi-interpenetrating network structure is simple,convenient,and have good prospects for development.Furthermore,LS-A/H hydrogels may open a new pathway for the applications of lignosulfonate.It has achieved our original intention.2.Traditional hydrogels sometimes show high cytotoxicity because of the use of toxic cross-linking agent.So,in this work,an injectable hydrogel(HPC-AA/BSA)composed of hydroxypropylcellulose(HPC),rosin(AA)and bovine serum albumin(BSA)were prepared through the formation of hydrogen bond among them.The injectable hydrogel begins with a solution state where the solution becomes a gel state when the environment reaches a certain pH and temperature value.Through the determination of the time,it was found that the time required for the formation was shorter.Through the study of its morphology,cytotoxicity and drug release,it is found that the hydrogel has safety,compatibility and biodegradability,so it has a good clinical application prospect.What's more,hydrogel has a good moisturizing properties,which can be applied to the facial mask,eye mask and other cosmetics industry.In summary,this design provides a new preparation for the synthesis of injectable hydrogels,and the properties of hydrogels are excellent.It is believed that they will have good application prospects.
