The intelligent well technology can control the fluid of different strata or layers in the same well,so as to realize the selective and controlled exploitation of the oil and gas reservoirs.In order to meet the urgent need of formation fluid control in slim hole well,a downhole fluid control device is developed,which has a broad application prospect.This dissertation has studied the principle and structure of the system in fully electric intelligent well,according to the defects and insufficiencies of the all-electric intelligent well model prototype system,the dissertation focuses on solving the problems of downhole intelligent node works on high temperature and miniaturization.A set of fully electric intelligent well system prototype is developed,some research results as follows:1st.Aimed at downhole working environment of the realistic requirements which has high temperature,narrow space and wide range power supply voltage change.The design and improvement of the power supply circuit with the downhole intelligent node is completed.The performance test shows that,at the temperature of 20? 125?,and input voltage range is 16 V 48 V,the power ripple is not greater than 150 mV.2nd.A number of core chips with small package size and high working temperature are screened,and the hardware and software design of parameters measuring module such as downhole temperature,pressure,motor voltage and the design of drive circuit of value motor are completed.3rd.According to the communication requirement between the ground monitoring system and the downhole intelligent node,the CAN bus communication network of the fully electric intelligent well system is designed.Its hardware design,software design and debugging are completed.The communication rate is up to 50 kps.Based on the VB programming environment,a ground monitoring software with parameter display,data storage and valve opening setting is designed.4th.Completed the downhole intelligent node,ICV,valve opening measurement module assembly,produced a fully electric intelligent well systems prototype with "measured","control","transmission" function.The test of the prototype shows that the downhole intelligent node can be encapsulated in the electronic bin with diameter ?25mm.At 125?,the operation stable and the control function is normal.The ground monitoring platform can acquire and store the data of the downhole intelligent node in real time.The ground monitoring platform can achieve the ICV remote control,and the ICV flexible action,reliable.The function and performance of the prototype to meet the design requirements.These studies work provide a useful reference for further study of fully electric intelligent well technology.
