| Aniline N-alkylation products with oxygen-containing group could be used a green environmental protection of gasoline anti-explosive additives,has an important application prospects.Industrialization of alkylation reactions requires a higher activity and better selectivity catalysts,effective regeneration of inactivated catalysts is essential to reduce production costs and make using of efficiently resources.The catalytic activity of p-aminophenylether,small molecule alcohol as raw material,copper-zinc-aluminum transition metal oxide as catalyst and gas chromato graph was used to evaluate the activity of the catalyst.The microstructures were characterized by SEM,the specific surface area and pore structure were determined by BET,the weight loss curves were determined by TG,the surface elements of catalyst were characterized by AES and other analytical techniques were used to characterize the catalyst.The results of experimental showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 210 ℃,the ratio of alcohol to amine was 2:1 and the space velocity was 0.8 h-1.At the moment the conversion rate was 82.17% and the selectivity was 94.79%.The main reason for the deactivation of the catalyst is coke inactivation,and the latter is mainly inactivation of coke and inactivation of sulfur chloride.There are many kinds of regeneration methods for coke inactivation.The most effective decarbonization method is water vapor and oxidized charcoal method,which can restore about 70% of the catalyst activity.Through the sulfur and chlorine elements in the catalyst composition of the distribution of components,sulfur and chlorine elements from the material,and sulfur elements for the adsorption of poisoning,in the catalyst before the activated carbon can be adsorbed sulfur,sulfur and sulfur scouring method can be Partial regeneration of the deactivated catalyst for sulfur chloride poisoning.Which choose the washing and ethanol washing steam and carbonized carbon method of the compound regeneration for the best way to restore the best activity,after the reactivity of reactivity can be restored 75% to 80%,and the stability was stable after 160 hours. |
