The Studied On The Tolerance Mechanisms And Its Bio-remeddiation Pottential Of Aquatic Canna (Canna Glauca) And Pond Lily (Nuphar Pumilum) On Copper Tailings Exudate (CuL)

Aquatic canna(Canna glauca)and pond lily(Nuphar pumilum)were tested as experimental materials in this paper.The plant growth and physiological indexes as well as water quality were studied under the stress of copper tailings exudate(CuL),and which added bio-bacterial manure to repair Copper tailings water provided the theory basis for the aquatic environment with.The main results were as follows:1.The seedling of Canna glauca and Nuphar pumilum were treated with diffent concentration of CuL and the results shown that the plant height,root length,dry weight and tolerance index of Canna glauca were all higher than CK(P<0.05).However,the plant height and dry weight of Nuphar pumilum were higher than CK(P>0.05)only under the condition of 1/4 CuL.And the root length and tolerance index have respectively increased by 121.79% and1 22% under the condition of 3/4 CuL.The seedlings of Canna glauca had the highest content of Cu under the condition of Cu2+: the part above the ground was 2.22 times of CK and the part under the earth is 2.92 times of CK.The Cu2+ content of the part above the earth of Nuphar pumilum seedlings under the condition of pure Cu L is 4.37 times of CK at most,and the Cu2+ content of the part under the earth under the condition of 3/4 Cu L is 1.38 times of CK at most.Compared with CK,the Cu2+ mobility of Nuphar pumilum has mostly increased by 10% under the condition of CuL.The Cu bioconcentration factor of Canna glauca was 1.79 times of CK at most under the condition of 1/4 CuL,and it of Nuphar pumilum was 3.27 times of CK at most under the condition of CuL.2.The cellular structure and physiological index of aquatic canna(Canna glauca)were researched that were treated by CuL with different concentrations by potting culture method.The result showen that the part of Canna glauca above the earth had a higher POD activity,which is 1.22 times in the environment of 1/2 CuL of that of CK,and has a difference significantly(p<0.05),and the POD and SOD of the part under the earth was lower than that of CK.The POD in the environment of pure CuL was 69% of that of CK,and in the environment of 3/4 CuL,SOD was 91% of that of CK.The GSH amount of the above-earth part of Canna glauca will drop down with the concentration increase of Cu2+,and the GSH in the 59% of that of CK.The under-earth part does not have a obvious change.The AsA of every processed part will firstly increase and than drop down with the concentration of Cu2+,and the AsA will come to the highest level in the environment of 3/4 CuL.The CuL does not have a obvious influence on the morphological structure of Canna glauca,which conswastent with the influence on the above-earth part of Canna glauca.Seeing from the root slice structure,we can learn that the root slices processed by CK,1/2 CuL and Cu L have a similar endodermal cells,arranged densely,and have a complete column structure,and its xylem and phloem are also arranged densely.3.The influence of planting Canna glauca and Nuphar pumilum on the water quality polluted by CuL shows that the cultivating liquid of planting Canna glauca was acidic and its pH was 81.32 of CK's.However,the cultivating liquid does not have a big influence on liquid pH.The EC of Canna glauca and Nuphar pumilum,in the environment of CuL,are both higher than that of CK.The cultivating liquid of Nuphar pumilum processed by CuL are all higher than control group,and the DO of it processed by CuL was 1.09 times of the control group.And the DO of Canna glauca processed by CuL was 1.09 times of control group and 1.18 times of CK.The cultivating liquid processed by CuL has the highest ORP,which was 128.06%(P<0.05)of CK,and that of Nuphar pumilum was 141.76% of CK.The concentration of Cu2+ in the processed cultivating liquid of these two kinds of plants have increased with the the concentration increase of CuL,and both are lower than that of the control group.The Canna glauca processed with the CuL has the lowest content of Cu2+,and both Canna glauca and Nuphar pumilum processed with the CuL have decreased compared with the control group.Both Canna glauca and Nuphar pumilum can restore cultivating quality,and Nuphar pumilum has a big capacity.4.Adding the EM biological bacterial fertilizer into 100% CuL,the plant height,root length,biomass above the ground,biomass under the ground,the number of roots and leaves of Canna glauca and Nuphar pumilum are all influenced.Thereinto,the number of roots and leaves has a big change,which was bigger than the control group.The root number of Canna glauca processed with 1g/L(CuL)was 122.23(P<0.05)of that of CK,and when processed with 0.25g/L(CuL)it was 116.68 %(P<0.05)of that of CK.And the root number of Nuphar pumilum was 113.49% of that of CK.The tolerance factors of each processed Canna glauca are higher than the control group,and the factors of Nuphar pumilum are,only in the condition of high concentration of bacteria liquid,higher than the control group.The leaf number of aquatic canna were 116.68% of CK(p<0.05).The root number of pond lily were 113.49% of CK,which were treated with 0.25 g/L(CuL).The all tolerance index(TI)of aquatic canna were higher than that of CK.The TI of pond lily were higher than CK which only under higher concentrations of Bio-bacterial manure treatment.The highest TI of Aquatic canna and pond lily were 117.6% and 114.8% of CK respectively.The concentration of copper ion of aquatic canna mainly keeps a decreasing trend with the Bio-bacterial manure treatment,treating with the 0.25g/L(CuL),the highest contends of copper ion was 1.16 time to CK,in which the TI of aquatic canna were the higherest that was 1.35 times of the control group.The concentration of Cu2+ of pond lily seedling above ground was hightest treaing with 1g/L(CuL)which was 4.13 time of CK,and the TF was 3.11 time of CK,The concentration of Cu2+ of pond lily seedling under ground was 73.04% of CK treaing with 0.25g/L(CuL).The results shown that adding Bio-bacterial manure properly in CuL promoted plant growth of aquatic canna and pond lily that were promoting the restoration of tailings exudates.
