The tunnelling of coal mine and coal permeability often use blasting method,The sealing effect of blasting hole is an important factor to ensure the blasting effect.At present,the most commonly used sealing materials in our country are mud,cement slurry and chemical grout,and so on.These all materials have some limitations,and it is difficult to meet the actual requirements of blasting sealing.The common application of cement sealing material in drainage borehole,But there are some problems such as long time of setting and hardening,poor fluidity,early strength and low impact resistance in the cement sealing.In this paper,We are optimization of processing,and adjust to blasting operation,And it will significantly improve the blasting sealing technology,Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of underground blasting.It will has a strong practical significance.In this paper,the underground blasting sealing hole as the background,Based on cement and admixture materials,Use the method for preparing by laboratory,Single factor test was used to determine the suitable dosage range,comprehensive test of admixture and cement,By means of Vicar,pressure tester and so on the setting time of different ratio of constituent materials,Compressive strength and early flow properties and influence,comprehensive analysis for blasting hole sealing early strength and quick setting blasting hole sealing material ratio.In order to study the early strength admixture in blasting hole sealing material of cement hydration process,the influence of hydration products and microstructure,we use the experiment through technical means,such as XRD,TG and SEM to analysis.Experiment of sodium aluminate cement hydration has a good role in promoting.Calcium chloride promoted the cement hydration ettringite formation and improve the strength of materials.Triethanolamine has good complexation,and metal ion in cement slurry form relatively stable complex ion,accelerate the hydration,to provide experimental reference to the research on the hydration mechanism of admixture.In order to study the early strength in blasting engineering blasting hole sealing material mechanical properties under dynamic loading,with the help of a universal and SHPB experiment system,pressure testing machine on the material of static compressive strength and dynamic compressive strength and dynamic magnification coefficient were analyzed,and concluded that as the material to the growth of the age,a logarithmic function increase the compressive strength,and dynamic magnification coefficient into three function attenuation.Through the early strength of the blasting hole sealing material field test,it is concluded that compared with ordinary hole sealing materials,has high early strength,setting time is fast,impact resistant performance is good wait for an advantage,improve the safety of blasting operation,shorten the blasting hole sealing waiting time,improve the blasting efficiency.
