Coal mine safety is a key link in the process of coal production safety in our country,in the process of coal generated,there will be a kind of complicated dynamic phenomenon-coal and gas outburst,the natural disasters seriously threatening the safe production of coal mine.At present,due to the influence factors of coal and gas outburst,more complicated,yet can be clear its formation mechanism,but the serious disaster problems is more and more serious.Based on the structural characteristics of coal,coal seam gas occurrence state has carried on the thorough analysis,and the adsorption of coall,coal bed gas content calculation means,coal seam gas content of research and the effect factors on the system.In the process of study,the author at the current comprehensive hypothesis get consensus within the community of the premise,assuming that the physics features of coal and gas outburst is coal,ground stress,gas pressure and other factors,the effects of the combination and mutual influence,the various factors to control coal and gas outburst,and studied the occurrence rules of coal and gas conditions,effect,and then constructed to gas parameters,struct based on the geological structure of coal seam gas outburst dangerous grade evaluation index.The calculation formula of gas outburst dangerous grade evaluation index,the determination of special index factors method.Finally,the author form the Angle of the theory of a mine outburst dangerous pan and its influence factors are analyzed,and the correlation of combining with the historical data of geological structure,coal gas,finally built a pan of coal and gas outburst in coal seam mine 13-1 the evaluation index,combined with the mathematical method of the triangular fuzzy number,the intelligent control in MATLAB,build gas pressure membership function and membership function in thickness of coal seam gas radiation initial velocity and subordinate function,according to the coal seam of different working face were tested and found that this method is operable and evaluation result is accurate,scientific and can for the prediction of coal and gas outburst,and recognition of provides the certain reference value.This study has certain limitations:for some hard to quantify and qualitative indicators,only identified and unifies the membership degree of qualitative evaluation results.If for practical application,should be considered with long experience of expert opinion,the value of these quantitative indexes,so as to ensure the accuracy of the membership degree,reliability and maneuverability.
