With the continuous development of industry,the emission of wastewater contaminates nitrogen and sulfur is increasing in recent years.If it was discharged directly without treatment timely,causing contaminating water and its surroundings,and be harmful to human health as well.As a research background,two sets of reaction devices--autotrophic desulfurization and denitrification,heterotrophic desulfurization and denitrification were established in study to realize the removal of sulfur,nitrogen and carbon.In the two sets of reactors,the nitrogen content of the influent substrate is changed to make the reaction system change from nitrate-type to nitrite type-gradually,and two sets of reaction devices are compared to analyze the impact of efficiency with organic matter and different nitrogen.The experimental results show that the removal efficiency of S2-,NO3-and NO2-reaches the highest when NO3-/NO2-is 1:3,and the removal efficiency of S2-,NO3-and NO2-99.68%,98.26%and 95.21%,but only NO2-is added at high loading rate,the system can not work normally.In nitrite-type system,the addition of organic matter makes reactor run off stably under high NO2-loading rate conditions.The removal efficiency of S2-,NO2-and TOC reaches 99.86%,94.08%and 87.95%,respectively.The samples of activated sludge are extracted from autotrophic and mixtrophic environment at different stages to analyze the bacteria community by Chao index,Shannon index,OUTs,the relative distribution of phylm and genus.The effect of organics and change of nitrogen on microbial community structure is analyzed as well.The results show that when the process of reactors are changed from nitrate-type to nitrite-type,types and abundance of bacterias have great difference;the main relative distribution of phyla are Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes,Chloroflexi;the relative abundance of dominant genus are Thiobacillus?Thiovirga?Thauera and Geobacter in optimized stages.The influent of organics has little effect on microbial community structure compared with the change of nitrigon.By isolating and purifying to find a strain which could be denitrification and desulfurization are identified.The strain was confirmed by 16S rDNA sequencing,BLAST comparison and phylogenetic tree.A strain which is capable of denitrification and desulfurization was isolated.The removal efficiency of S2-was 89.20%and the denitrification efficiency was 48.21%.The strain was confimed by Genus Pseudomonas.
