The hydrogen can be one of ideal clean energy.In recent years,various new methods of manufacturing hydrogen exploitation are put up,but methanol water steam changes a hydrogen manufacturing already becoming system taking important hydrogen approach.A lot of copper base catalyst has reformed hydrogen manufacturing reaction to methanol steam having the fine catalysis function,the oxide has had studying further with mixing the rare earth to going deep into that the rare-earth element studies,to copper base in catalyst.The gel three kinds method preparation Ce0.9Cu0.1OY catalyst the main body of a book is wielded mainly precipitate law,deposition-method of precipitation and sol out together,and the means catalyst making use of various superficial characteristics such as BET,UV-Vis-DRS,Raman,XRD,XPS and TEM to institute preparation carry out structure superficial characteristics.The mechanism of hydrogen production from methanol was studied.It was found that the behaviors of methanol decomposition and oxidation are depended on the oxidation degree of the Ce0.9Cu0.1OY solid solution.The CO response time is longer with the increasing in the oxidation degree of the catalyst.So,it was reasonable to suggest that the oxidation degree of the catalyst has a strong influence on the methanol reaction route.The reactive function studies by the fact that catalyst reforms a hydrogen manufacturing to methanol steam,parallel every catalyst activity difference and the main cause leading to difference,get and the optimization condition being similar to catalyst here.
