| In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,society and population,the situation of rural sewage treatment in China is severe.The water environment in rural areas is subjected to challenge,therefore,looking for a rural sewage treatment,which is suitable for rural domestic sewage treatment method,is to realize the effective control of the inevitable requirement of rural water environment pollution.The experimental study on the basis of the anoxic-aerobic membrane bioreactor?A /O-M B R?process,discusses the working parameters that is suitable for the reactor,based on the reactor,experimental study on treatment of chemical oxygen demand(CODcr),ammonia nitrogen?NH3-N?,suspended solids?SS?,examines the negative pressure influence the water film,examines the effect of membrane cleaning technology for membrane fouling control.probes into the feasibility of the expanded design of the A /O-MBR process and optimizes the operation parameters of the reactor,and the main results are as fo llo w s.The water yield of the element of membrane water is 0.302m3/d in the condition of sewage,Which is lower than data from manufacturer provide;Negative pressure should be controlled in the range of-0.05?-0.02 MPa.After the process running stably,CODc r,NH3-N,SS is 17.13mg/L,1.38mg/L,3.31mg/L,all can meet the standards for pollutant discharge of urban sewage treatment.there is above 9 0 % removal rate of NH3-N when bioreactor runs 13 days,response system start more quickly;When bioreactor runs 17 days,total phosphorus removal effect is good.Membrane water yield is 0.1 8 3 m3/h when hydraulic backwash is working,as result,the effect of physical cleaning solutions are better than the effect of hydraulic backwash;The cost of per ton sewage is 3535 yuan which is close to the cost of the contact oxidation process is 2 8 10 yuan per ton,It is more economy for small sewage treatment;The energy cost of perton sewage is 0.6 yuan per tons,In order to promote application,it can save the operating cost. |
