Now the welding equipment is usually referred to is more and more widely used arc welding machine,many experts at home and abroad on the welding machine welding power done more research,welding power supply as the core of all types of welding machine,it directly affect the welding quality.Therefore,this paper designed a general welding machine data acquisition system for welding power supply data collection,and in this system on the welding machine power supply electrical parameters were analyzed,in order to timely detection of welding defects,reduce the welding process Of the damage caused by electrical equipment,and improve production efficiency and reduce costs.There are various stochastic factors in the welding process,which affect the welding quality,which often occurs in the dynamic changes of welding current and welding voltage.Therefore,this paper is mainly based on welding voltage and welding current signal as the research object,designed the welding machine data acquisition system and data analysis.The design of the system,the use of modular design ideas,the system is divided into four modules,namely data acquisition module,data conditioning module,data control module,the host computer module.The data acquisition module mainly adopts the voltage and current sensor to collect the electrical parameters of the welding machine.Data conditioning module mainly designed front-end input circuit,filter circuit.The front-end input circuit is the sensor to obtain the low voltage weak current amplification,and then through the filter circuit to filter the harmonic components in the filter,and finally after conditioning the signal amplitude within the AD9224 input range.The data control module mainly provides control of the system.The host computer module is to analyze the data,using the Fourier spectrum and wavelet algorithm and other methods.In this paper,the FPGA is also designed for logic design and AD timing logic design.In addition to the welding machine data acquisition system can detect the welding machine power supply,but also real-time monitoring of the work of the welding machine.In this paper,when the front-end data is processed,the sensor obtains the data(the signal is too weak)through the ADA4817-2ACPZ-RL chip based on the dual integrated operational amplifier as the core voltage input circuit,the current input circuit and the fourth-order low-pass filter circuit,the voltage and current input circuit can amplify the signal obtained by the sensor,and the subsequent filter circu it can filter out the harmonic components in the signal,and then use the AD8138 to convert the input single-ended analog signal into a differential signal,input to the ADC chip digital conversion,AD9224 chip through the parallel bus data transmission to the data transfer to the FPGA.This paper uses Altera's Cyclone4 series FPGA chip EP4CE55F23C8,in the system data control module to provide control,and serial communication and the host computer to achieve data transmission,the system's PC has a waveform and text display features,but also with the voltage and current and harmonic signal analysis.So that users can more intuitive according to the voltage and current waveform to determine the size of the welding machine working conditions.Harmonic analysis is one of the main points of this thesis,harmonics is a great harm to power electronic equipment,the harmonic problem of arc welding machine welding process is more serious.In this paper,and analysis,in the hardware part of the design filter circuit,and in the software design of the harmonic analysis.Multithim simulation of the harmonic circuit is carried out.The harmonic analysis is carried out for the harmonic circuit and the Multisim simulation waveform,the amplitude and frequency attenuation values are obtained by the transfer function,the simulation results and the calculated results are within a certain range.
