Ecological security pattern is the point-line-surface composed optimal allocation of spatial elements to realize improving the regional environmental problems and protect the ecosystem by planning and layout-combination of factors like human,natural and some other causes within range on the bases of understanding the current situation of regional ecological environment.The building of ecological security pattern,as an important means and way to realize regional ecological security,provides a new method for the ecological environment management and protection.Taking Yunfu City as the study area in this paper,we use both RS and GIS technologies,basing on the theory of ecological security,ecological analysis and landscape ecology,through the evaluating of ecosystem-function importance,ecological sensitivity analysis and landscape connectivity analysis,to delineate the scope of ecological control line of Yunfu City,then to identify the key ecological-source in this area.On the basis of the Ecological CL line-drawing results,we can build the key ecological corridor in Yunfu City by using distance-cost model.Also we can realize the construction of a comprehensive ecological security pattern through the GIS spatial analysis technology in Yunfu City.This paper focus on the following main contents:(1)Introduction of the ecological security pattern theory,the constructing method and the research progress of ecological security pattern.Based on the analysis of the actual geographical characteristics of Yunfu City and combined with previous empirical methods of the ecological pattern construction,this paper leads to find out a proper way for the construction of ecological security pattern in Yunfu.(2)Studying the ecological sensitivity and ecological function importance in this article,selecting the key evaluating factors that influences the ecosystem in Yunfu City according to the actual situation of the research area,thus getting an ecological security pattern based on the single ecosystem process elements by using several methods of analysis and evaluation.Finally comprehensively analyzing all the results to build the ecological security pattern with stability and the ecosystem-service functional important pattern.(3)From the perspective of landscape ecology,building the landscape ecological connectivity pattern according to the connectedness of the ecological patch in this researching area.(4)Using GIS spatial analysis technology to identify the ecological source,key ecological corridor and the ecological nodes in the ecological security pattern,which build the comprehensive ecological security pattern in Yunfu City.
