The ammonium sulfate residual liquid in Southern ionic ree will exerts so me influence to engineering construction in this area,the cemented soil and S teel will be corroded and cause durability problems,This text based on ammon ium sulfate pollution soil environment to do experiment research of cement-poll ution soil and Q235 steel's corrosion rule and mechanism.Configuration cement-pollution soil briquettes with different ammonium sulfate contents,test the app earance?mass loss?stress-strain curve?compressive strength and the microstruc ture of corrosion characteristics by SEM in different curing age,summarizes t he regularity and mechanism of ammonium sulfate environment,and use grey mo del to forecast the strength.First,found the mass of cement-pollution soil increased with increasing of a mmonium sulfate content and the corrosion of age,the trend of rising gradually sl ow,the strength from 0g/kg-18g/kg increase with the increasing of ammonium sul fate content;the ammonium sulfate content above 27g/kg of briquette strength will Increased at first and lowered later with content increasing,the strength reach es its maximum in 90d.With the increasing of content,the briquette strength will gradually decline.Ammonium sulfate content changes faster,the downtrends of ov erall will more evidence.Then compound different contents of ammonium sulfate pollution soil,researc h the changing of pollution soil's water content?density?void ratio in different age.When initial moisture content is high,pollution soil's soil parameters won't change significantly with ammonium sulfate content and corrosion age.When initial moisture content,pollution soil's wet density and dry density will increase with the increasing ammonium sulfate content in 7d and 14d,the curve will tend to be gentle in 28d,to 56d and 112d,with ammonium sulfate increasing the two curves will increased firstly after declining.Void ratio of polluted soil in 14d and 7d will decreased with Ammonium sulfate content increasing,and then first and then increased with the ammonium sulfate content increased after 28d.Last,remove Q235 steel that buried in cement-pollution soil for a certain time and analyzed the apparent phenomenon,mass change,microstructure,chemical constituent.The influence of corrosion weight loss and corrosion rate factors was analyzed by the method of combination of entropy method and grey correlation analysis,and compared with the actual test phenomenon.The results show that this method can reflect the real situation and the factors which affect the corrosion weight loss and corrosion rate most are the age of corrosion and the content of ammonium sulfate.
